All our packages are shipped from day to day if ordered, weekdays before 3.30 pm. We offer free shipping on all our products. For delivery to Sweden and Norway, 1-3 days should be expected.
If you are a private customer, you have 24 months of right to claim. Please contact Stella Cares Support for complaints. If the complaint is justified, we usually offer repair, a replacement product, or the money back depending on the situation.
You must advertise within a reasonable time ie 2 months after the fault is found.

As a private customer, you always have 14 days to cancel. To use the right of withdrawal, the product and packaging must be intact. Contact Stella Care if you wish to use your right of withdrawal. We will refund the amount you paid including shipping costs.
When will the money be deducted from your card?
The money will be deducted from your card when we ship your order. All our solutions for near-accessories are subscription agreements. Amounts for your subscription are deducted once a month. You can always see your next payment in your account or on the check out page.
You can cancel your subscription from day-to-day. This applies to both buying and renting. Products purchased cannot be returned upon termination of the agreement. Products that are rented must be returned to us. We incur shipping costs and send you a return label.

For business customers, the terms agreed in the contract between Stella Care ApS and the customer apply.
You will be asked to provide some personal information when ordering your product. You can read more about how we process your personal information below.
Thank you for using Stella Care’s services. This document describes how we handle your information when purchasing our products and subscriptions, when using the Care Tracker app for iOS or Android, the Stella Care Web Interface, the Stella Care Newsletter, our web site at Stellacare.dk and our other services.
What and why
The following information is stored in order to provide, improve and protect our services:
Customer Account. When purchasing a product or service, we collect information such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and payment info. This information is used for shipping, payment, and to communicate with you about the products and services you have purchased, and new products or services that may be of interest to you.
App Account. We store the phone numbers of devices that are granted access to the app. Associated with this phone number might be information provided by a customer in the form of a comment that allows a web interface user to differentiate between app accounts. We may collect information about app usage, such as app uptime, when app requests server information, which GPS devices are tracked, for how long and whether alarms were received. Details about the device upon which the app is installed is also collected. This is limited to device UUID, operating system version, app version, and device hardware name. App usage and device details are used solely for improving our service, security, and allows us to provide informed support in case it is needed.
GPS Devices. We collect GPS coordinates, address, speed and heading in real-time, and associate it with a GPS device. Static details about the GPS device is usually limited to a hardware ID, settings and an owner (Customer Account). If a customer elects to provide further information about the use of a device, we may store it in order to provide the requested service.
Web Interface. We collect usage information such as IP, date, time and user name upon user logon, deletion and adding of devices. This data is collected in order to provide user support, and security.
Newsletter. When choosing to subscribe to our newsletter, your email will be stored along with your name, and if you choose, workplace and phone number. This information is used to tailor the newsletter, making it more relevant to the receivers. It may also be used to let you know about new products and services that may be relevant to you.
We keep all personal, financial and other information private, except as otherwise provided below. We will under no circumstances sell your information to third parties.
Law and Order. We may disclose information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with the law, (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury and (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Stella Care’s system, users or employees.
Business partners. We only share data with our business partners (suppliers, customers) to an extent which is safe and relevant. As required by existing laws, data processing agreements are in place with these partners.
Other users. If multiple registered App Accounts receive alarms from the same GPS tracker, the phone number of the first responding App Account will be disclosed to the other alarm receivers, so that they later can coordinate the necessary actions.
Co-workers. One or more Customer Accounts may be representing a single professional institution, and therefore we may disclose information to multiple members of this institution, if such an agreement was formed upon account creation.
For how long
Customer account data is stored as long as the customer has an active subscription. Furthermore the information is stored as long as it has a beneficial purpose, which usually amounts to 5 years plus the remainder of the current year.
GPS location data is deleted automatically after 14 days.
How to access it
You only have access to real time location data per default. This means you are only able to see the latest GPS position. Historical data may be requested from Stella Care in special cases.
Users that are no longer affiliated with an active subscription will no longer be able to access their data. The user will be deactivated and the corresponding data deleted.
We process personal data on behalf of data owners. To get access, delete or edit your personal data, contact the data owner. The data owner is the customer who initially chose Stella Care’s GPS product for location tracking.
The data owner is responsible for how and to what extent Stella Care’s products are used. If you no longer want to use a GPS tracker, contact the data owner.
Data owners are responsible for ensuring that personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Data owners are therefore responsible for selecting aids that ensure compliance with the Personal Data Act.
If the ownership is with your municipality, contact them to request that your data is deleted or delivered.
Some processing time associated with processing/retrieval of data can be expected.
A number of guidelines ensure that Stella Care’s products can safely be used by the customer. These are maintained by technical as well as organizational security measures that prevent inappropriate loss, deterioration, theft (hacking) or other abuse of personal data.
To keep your Stella Care web interface information safe, it is important that you do not share your password with unauthorized individuals. We also do not recover forgotten passwords without confirming the customer’s identity.
More specifically, the cookies we use help us (a) remember your login information when requested, and (b) maintain the optimal bandwith capacity befitting the measured web traffic.
Cookies are automatically deleted after a few months, depending on your browser, but they are renewed upon reopening the site.
